-Partners in Health was started in Haiti in 1987 in the Central Plateau. It has since spread to other sites throughout the country, and also does work in Lesotho, Malawi, Peru, Russia, Rwanda, the US, Guatemala, and Mexico. (Paul Farmer is one of the founders).

The International Rescue Committee: The International Rescue Committee is currently accepting donations for relief efforts in Haiti. In addition to working in refugee camps throughout the world, the IRC helps refugees in the US by providing ESL classes, employment training, job placement, and with housing.

As I hear of more organizations, I will share them.
They are also always looking for volunteers to teach their ESL classes, as well as people who speak multiple languages to help families with their transition and move to the US.
