On Saturday, January 30th, Care-A-Lotta, The Bartolotta Restaurants' charitable foundation, hosted a Bead-A-Thon at Bacchus Restaurant in Milwaukee, and called on Milwaukee-area high school students to bead 5,000 bracelets. These bracelets will be sold in all of the Bartolotta Restaurants for $5.00. Bartolotta Restaurants will also be adding a special cocktail made with Rhum Barbancourt, a Haitian rum, and a dessert inspired by Haitian cuisine to their menus. Proceeds will be donated to a group of orphanages in Haiti.
